The gap between an idea and a business.
A good idea is not yet a business. Between the two sit decisions about the customer, the offer, the money and the work, and each decision affects the others. Ventures often take them one at a time, with different advisers, and find the gaps late.
RBD exists to join those decisions to the practical work that follows. We help a venture decide what matters next, do the work needed to test it, and learn from the result before it commits more time or money.
We do not promise results. We aim to make each next step clearer and its outcome easier to judge.

RBD works with a venture in four ways, as its stage requires:
- Assess and prioritise. Where the venture stands, what the evidence says and what comes next.
- Plan the commercial side. The business model, budget and cash scenarios, structure and responsibilities.
- Deliver the work. Remarkable by Design, our subsidiary agency, does the brand, marketing, digital and operational work in the venture’s programme.
- Prepare for investors. Investor readiness is a core RBD skill. Private capital access is a separate service, with introductions only where they are possible and agreed.
Where RBD invests agency services or introduces capital, that is agreed case by case. There is no standard equity or fee model.
